We started to work on oil trade in 1982 in ŞENKÖY VILLAGE in MİLAS province of MUĞLA, and in olive oil squeeze in 1986 by renting oil cans. Our factory, which has been continuing with the classical method (Stone Mill Tension) until 1996, switched to Continuous System in 1996. We renew our technology every year and manufacture in the last system. We have 70 tons of processing facilities per day. We do our production from olive lands in ŞENKÖY. Our oil production is seasonal from October to April. ŞENYILMAZ name comes from which is the surname of the family YILMAZ, and the village name of ŞENKÖY.
